Our mission here at Avodirect is to provide high quality, hand selected avocados to our customers in perfect condition. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your avocados, please simply provide a photograph on the day you received them showing the issue, and send it through to info@avodirect.co.nz, along with your order reference, and we will be more than happy to provide a replacement, at our discretion. Given the perishable nature of avocados we do however ask that you do not send the fruit back to us, as it can be hard to assess the issue in this case.
